1922/23 Scout Project - SOLD

Frame is very sound, but all 4 footboard lugs have been cut off. Tank is suitable only for use as a pattern. The very rare blind cylinders are in very poor condition, they could not be used in a cosmetic restoration. The wheels and brakes are good. The frame, tank mounting brackets need finishing.
