1949 SCOUT

Rare motorcycle in Australia.
1949 Indian Scout, also known as an Indian Vertical.
This is the twin cylinders model.
It was purchased in a job lot from Ohio USA in a crate after some one began the restoration of an original and complete bike. The previous owner painted it first. it requires a full mechanical restoration. The only obvious missing part is the speedo, available relatively cheaply in repo.
